Yeah, it almost like they, '*Insert forum name here*, nope you are wrong.' LOL.
I guess Skittles will do his musical song, "If it bleed you can kill", during the training montage

Laid to rest is apparently code for "set the fuck on fire."
That's what Datu said.
Didn't fully understand the theory of how the symbols are read, but i'm dumb so its cool. And great job on slapping everyone's feels yet again Kc, keep it up.
And the greatest news of all! Skittles WILL RETURN, at long last!
Ha! The special markings are different from the occult symbols.
:D
I really wish Tanya would say what kind of physical changes takes place when someone is turned. Also, how could CJ tell that Duncan wasn't turned?
Reminds me of when Saul and Victor were at Ground Zero, joking about finding aliens, toxic spills, government labs and Lovecraftian flying squids.
Wow, real solid episode… real solid.
Excited about the return of KODI and skittles!
Love how the story alternates from action to character development to elements of mystery, like in this episode. Really adds to the richness of the tale overall. Amazing that we're reaching all the way back to stuff that happened in season one and redressing it now in season four… Love it! :nik:
diving in for listen number 2...
So Litmaster, where the Distorted Truths in this eps? Even ought Tardust shouldn't be trust, he doesn't sound like he is lying. His voice sound pretty normal and the things he said doesn't sound not that far off.
Tardust the Medicine Man...
Man the scene with Saul and Victor was tough.. Man Hard to stay dry eyed through it.
Tanya stating the rewiring of the brain could be the reason. Which is what several of us have speculated on.
Looks like the Search for Skittles will be the next thing up.. Glad to see they are going to regroup at Dunbar.
Now I am wondering about Scratch. Or is she still watching the new settlement for the convoy she followed.
I wonder if Skittles is one of those people who do not sweat. Maybe that's how he walks by them and but as mentioned he can not do that with the smart ones.
Oh shit! I think I deleted one......... You backed it up already...Right???
Just get your hands of the cameras and get back to playing with corpses and advanced Medical instruments... Low-tech gear ain't for smart people like you!
An extra applause for 32 minutes of We're alive.
I still don't trust tardust further than I can throw the worm.
I mean, we are talking Distorted Truths here...
Maybe the Distorted Truths is Saul not wanting to see his son and his mother, he knows they did not cause her death, but yet he blames them. His emotions are distorting the truth his mind knows are wrong..
Good question. I'm thinking that most of the "distorted truths " were mentioned by the group at the helicopter. Some of their suppositions may turn out to be true, others false. So KC keeps throwing the flying squid monster at us…
It seems to me that Tardust is telling the truth so far, but who knows? The guy such a little weasel. It seems to me that he is a relatively weak person, who has managed to parlay his knowledge of chemicals and drugs into a key role and survival for himself.
It occurs to me that this knowledge might come in useful for our heroes. Tardust seems the type to side with any group as long is it means saving his own skin. Not that they are ever really going to trust him, but I wouldn't be surprised if he is able to engineer the particular type of explosives that KODI can carry down the rabbit hole and put an end to Ink once and for all.

A part that might be interesting to look into is found under factors that can lead to hypohidrosis:
I had no clue this even existed, but well, explains Skittles running around I guess... Maybe...Quote:
Certain Drugs/Medications: In particular, antipsychotic medications used to treat serious mental disorders may interfere with normal functioning of the sweat glands. Also, medications with anticholinergic properties and calcium-channel blockers may cause anhidrosis.
Skittles is going to sing "So you want to be a Zombie".......... Set to the music of "Do you want to build a snowman" from Frozen!!!!
Tardust should thank his lucky stars that Lizzie died before he was captured... :nik:
If Saul ever figures out that this is the guy who did the deed, or attempted to…. (cue the Pulp Fiction scene where the guy says he's "going to get Medieval" on his ass…)

This is literally what I was doing in the car while listening and driving back to work. Pretty sure the lady next to me thought I was crazy.
SKITTLES!!!! :omgomg:
Only if Victor does "Let it go"
I kinda hope that it actually ends with an epilogue of sorts.
I really like endings. A lot.
I hate doubts to be left behind in my mind.
Open-ended "endings" feel like a cop-out, and leave me feeling anxious.
I don't think so...
You know what it sounds like? Like nervous, rapid tapping of the radio button, or just tapping of fingers on something "plastic-y". I think that if the sound was actually gunfire there would be more and since it was near the gate, the "Pelican crew" would be alerted to it.
Damn you Nate for being so awesome and making me tear up at work, you make me feel absolutely awful for Saul....Victor, way to be there for your bud in helping him through this.
As they were talking about the photos and the one going the other way, I was thinking, could it be Skittles, ...is it Skittles, ...let it be Skittles, ...YAY IT'S SKITTLES!! Haha, awesome episode.
We know what Victor is able to do with some ordinary eau de cologne.
Imagine when he puts some of these into his secret Vic-O-Gadget belt:

Distorted Truths could refer to the circumstances regarding Ink's entry into Dunbar. CJ says that she thinks that Duncan let the 'man-thing' in by accident. Her account of what happened is based on video without sound. They only get to see what's going on, no audio. So there could be more to what happened. The other account of the incident is from Kalani, who doesn't provide any info of what Duncan does when he enters the guard room. Maybe we finally get Skittles' version on the incident.
Alright so here's a quick list of my thoughts on the episode:
That Saul and Victor scene was rough. But it's good to hear that Vic is there for Saul.
Like usual I'm not sure what to make of Tardust. He's a sneaky little slimeball, so I wouldn't put it past him to be feeding Burt and Riley a bunch of lies on Scratch's orders. But his story is also believable. Just knowing Scratch is still skulking around but hasn't made her move yet is making me nervous.
I still don't know what to think of the whole zombie language stuff, but oh well. If that ends up being the biggest problem I have with the series, I can be happy with that.
Oh and because it has to be said...SKITTLES!!!
Tardust reminds me of Wormtail from Harry Potter!
