Not a native english speaker, but isn't shot used for an injection rather than a dip/infusion? The difference being the first is a bolus injection taking place in a few seconds.

I do believe that you are technically correct. In the episode I believe Tanya put in a picc line (an IV) and injected the antibiotics into the IV bag instead of directly into Saul's body via a shot.

I think turbo was going for the "using a needle for medications" as Saul being "shot"... So it's at least close.

(transl.: Lizzy and Saul had sexual intercourse in The Tower during the party before The War (which is kind of funny considering the state in which Saul was after a couple of shots), and now Lizzy is pregnant.)
