Is this not working?

There was a post made that said the back end of the award system was granting to the person recommending it, I didn't see that happening though.

Yeah, me either. But if there's a problem, we can post about it here.

Actually, it's still happening. It is when you go to grant the award, by default the recommended user's userid is still replaced by the nominator's.
