I'm going with Shane because of the hair. Despite Shane's hair usually being fro-like, it looks like it could be him. It's either that or I think it could be Nico, but the model looks a little too old to be him.
I'd say Nico because his character was infected, so it could be a version of Tommy. That or I have a feeling one of the girls posed for it since the face seems a bit of a "raisin-y" woman.
I'm going with Shane. Same feature and he seems silly enough to do it. LOL.
