Hey Grog! Just saw your reply to my message. I understand about the job hunt thing. I'll admit that I've used google and facebook to get some background on people that have sent me resumes before. As for Six Sigma, we are way too small a company to have something that formal. We are the definition of lean though... We do exactly what we have to do because we don't have enough people to do anything more or wasteful. I'll PM you about some other possibly job related stuff.
