Here we have arrived, another full revolution around this great fusion reactor of a life-giver we call Sol. January 21st, the day when Kc threw down the chains of oppression called Ye olde forum of Olde and evolved to the vBulletin ways.

Yearly news:

Some people who were once engaged are now married! The forum has been upgraded, again, and the staff roster has been added to.

However, there is always a bitter ground in the sweet cup'o'joe: some friends faded away and the story is coming to its eventual close.

Seeing as this post is fairly lackluster, I'll leave you with this snippet of a project I'm working on:

It was dark.

I hadn’t seen them coming. No one did.

I had to abandon my friends.

My family.

And I was still being followed.

The second anniversary of the Great Forum Switch of 2011, when Kc trudged his way through the... Well, here we are once again, Ladies and Gentlemen.

The second anniversary of the Great Forum Switch of 2011, when Kc trudged his way through the muddy, deep and depressing forums of old to choose vBulletin as an upgrade.

In this year, plenty of great events have taken place. Live-streams, a live-read through, and another excellent season of We're Alive: a Zombie Story of Survival, also certain people got engaged. ;)

But, unfortunately there has also been some bad, some friends drift away, get busy and forums get hacked.

Everything is fine and was handled by the excellent staff, so there is no need to worry.

Things are calming down after the season finale and everyone is getting back into the groove of waiting for Season 4.



... It's the last season. :mad: And it's almost here. :yay: It's coming, be ready. :D

"To hell with this crap!" As he pointed horrifically at the lame lines and dull colours of the late forum.

And today is the one year anniversary of the great forum switch of 2011. It is one we all would like to never forget. So much has changed since that fateful day, some I can attribute to the wondrous mods, admins, and coders you can see day to day.

And the Rest? Well, that was done by the man himself, Kc Wayland, of course!

The ChatBox, which mutated into different rooms. Forum styles, which had started out as a black background, is now in the style of The Tower, everyone gets their own apartment. The arcade, which was non-existent until a few months ago, is now available for anyone to play. These are just a few of the things that have changed.

It's like a whole new world.

This dynamic website, which caters to those who love the podcast created by Shane Salk and Kc Wayland, is a whole new entity and will continue to change as it grows in size, expanding along side We're Alive as it conquers the world of Audio-Drama.

Only one thing left to say:

- The sky's the limit.

I have no idea how Revolver's Birthday got past me, oh and Happy Belated Birthday!, same with Jane's, again Happy Birthday! The chat box is up and an achievement system has been initiated.

Enough of the recap, I going to trust you guys with what I did so far. This is nothing major but it is a personal achievement.

I, John Williams (The Super Mod not the Super Composer), have watched all three Lord Of The Rings Movies extended editions back to back and it was glorious.

Myself and a few friends planned this a few days ahead and my god it was an amazing day. Granted they a just movies but it was something we planned and completed. zom:(

I placed this here because I like it.




In conclusion, is there anything small that you have completed and felt good about it for some unknown reason?

I had an awesome day, when to two different Buffets with two different types of Asian cuisine. The first was the "Taal," a restaurant with Indian cuisine. It was crazy good, butter chicken with Garlic Naan, some chili chicken and rice, and a little Tandoori chicken. But, the best thing I had was... A GREEN CHILI, I can't believe how much spice that little thing packed. Me and my two friends ate one whole and raw, one of us kind of freaked out and No before you ask, it wasn't me. We saw some of our teachers having lunch with a few students so, after the teachers had left, this girl we were with had got the students to try them, one kid ate two. Needless to say, they also freaked out.

After about two hours of walking we ended up at the "West Gardens Buffet," it has Chinese-Canadian cuisine, I ate a lot of shrimp and we had wonderful discussions, there is no story as good as the first.

As I write this I am massaging my sore feet and thinking about that extra chili sitting in my refrigerator. I can't wait to add that to some spaghetti.
