i think there might be a mistake in lizzy's age, she's 26, but allready has a phd? that's an incredible feat, even for someone that would be completely dedicated to their field, would she really be able to pull that off? and it seems like she spent the last year or so hanging around with todd, not in school. On average it's 4 years for undergrad, 3 to 4 years for masters and then another 2 to 3 years for a phd, on top of that its also true that she was only doing it because her father told her to do it, and she never truly cared about the subject material, so shouldnt she be a lot older or is she a lot smarter than we know

Her dad was paying for her education, he could be Alumni and make monthly donations to the school. Money changes hands and children advance a lot faster than others, etc...

Unless she was still in the program. Or she finished high school at 17, people can skip grades, even then she'd only be 28 at max time.
