I don't know if Kc said anything specific, but I'm toward the end of a relisten of We're Alive. We've always wondered: "Why does Michael not trust Victor?". Could that question be answered in Goldrush? Timing works out

I have heard others mention that it's supposed to be addressed in this series. Perhaps the ending scene of chapter one, when Puck says,'single contact' might lead into this backstory.
