The old forum...

So, I came across our old forum today, and read through some of the old posts. Anyone else want to, feel free. No new members are allowed, but I think guest access is still active.

Mick and Redbeard were talking today about going back and listening to old episodes, and that brief time after season 2 started we went live with that site. Some people didn't like the idea of moving, but that site was SOOO limited we had to get out of there. I'm not sure you can even browse it on a mobile device.

Anyway, I opened it back up with the hopes to archive what's there into this forum... which might in fact be impossible, but I wanted to toss out the idea of how that might happen. Perhaps a simple copy and paste? I'm not sure.

And if you did copy+paste it, you'd have the problem of it not being in date order, if you're an OCD kinda person, im guessing.... Also, unless the hyperlinks are the same, they'd be all skewed and you'd have to sift through every single one to fix it...... otherwise it would work i guess. Haven't had much experience with computing/forum works, so i'm not sure of anything else you could do.....

What a ways the forums have become. I remember the forum as it used to be before it looked that nice. And when KC was just saying "you get mod, you get mod, everybody gets mod" when the forums started up. I'm very glad to have always been a part of the WA family.
