View Full Version : Editing Polls ...

Hi there,

I created a poll; and after some of the awesome forum members asked me to modify the poll by adding another option, I realized: Shit, there is no option! You know, no option like no option.
So I deleted (!) the thread and recreated the poll.

Question: Would it be possible to add a "modify" or "edit" function for polls? Or is this something the forum-engine does not support (at all)?

Best wishes!
Liam

There may be a way, however one of the main reasons you aren't able to change it is users can't change their selections. So if you add option D that Kc prefers as his choice, he can't change his selection and the poll is now skewed. That's why it's set up that way.

PS- Kc of course could change his answer. Because he's Kc.

Ok, yeah. I haven'T thought of this. And it makes totally sense. So - no editing, with a reason.

Thank you for the quick response!
Best wishes!
