I'm thinking Saul's mother(can't remember her name currently) Has a cure. Mainly because she has been bitten and hasn't or has yet to turn. Also, when Saul and Victor where exploring and Saul could breath and Victor was practically dying. He blamed the meds which his mom gave him.
