Ever heard of a game called Carrom Skittles?

My little ones and I went through an old State house museum and there was a gentleman showing off a game he called "Skittles". It was a neat game in which you would spin a top into a type of labyrinth which had little pins that you were trying to knock over with the top. Each pin had a different point value, and the hardest pin to get was called the "king pin". We were told that this is where the term kingpin originated.

As neat as this game Skittles was, I kept thinking of the character Skittles!
