I've just discovered that I have a talent for finding pictures of animals with weapons. This topic started on other threads, but got to be a bit of a distraction. So I'm moving it here, and copying the earlier challenges and answers. I'm happy to take additional challenges here.

#1 was Osiris' Polar Bear Cavalry

So what you're saying is we need a polar bear cavalry to ride in from the north since they're unaffected up there and have time to form an organized army? I'm on board with this. Where's the crackpot predictions supposed to go again? It's been awhilte for me....How does the series end? Polar bears eat Ink, this ends the threat, so a hungry withered-away-to-almost-nothing burt gets ahold of a NEW .50 cal (Barrett M107 rifle in this case) and through a ~1 mile shot after seeing Ink's demise through his scope picks off a few polar bears to feast on and get back his buddha belly.

Polar bears go nuts and kill everyone else, thus we end up with Burt wearing Polar bear fur parading about with his new Barret .50 cal (Shirley 2.0) claiming the world as his own reading the journals to maintain sanity

"Polar Bear Cavalry!" LMFO! You know that every one of those Polar Bears is going to have a Canadian riding it. And at their head will be Osiris. And he'll be coming to rescue Scratch, so Burt is going to need that Barrett.

Hang on Scratch, Osiris is coming to the rescue!

Challenge accepted, but let's make this the last one for this thread, it's way off topic. I'll start a new thread for just this subject.

CBP Challenge: Jellyfish Luftwaffe

Challenge accepted

First, there was a real Luftwaffe "Jellyfish" from World War 2. It was the codename for the encrypted teletype machine in the Luftwaffe HQ in Paris that was used to get orders from the Luftwaffe HQ in Berlin. Here's a picture of one of the surviving units, codename Sturgeon.

https://sites.google.com/site/ticomarchive/_/rsrc/1312996209096/iv-case-studies/geheimschreiber-t-52/Sturgeon.JPG?height=150&width=200

Then there's this image of what an F-8 Crusader of the German Marine Flieger might have looked like, if Germany had purchased the F-8 in the early 60s instead of the F-104. It's in the colors of the notional unit Marinefliegergeschwade 7 the "Fighting Jellyfish".

http://www.zombiepodcast.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=2662&d=1377876777

And finally, here's a fanciful image of a far-future Luftwaffe spacecraft, powered by Jellyfish psychic energy (okay, it's really an image from a Japanese Anime, but some of the characters were Germans)

Oh, CB, all Germans in space are kept in black and white. In the same year of Star Trek's first regular season (1966), when James Tiberius Kirk started to go where no man has gone before, a German sci-fi series was broadcasted as well. And we got our very own commander - Cliff Allister McLane. Yeah.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGcIy76N9sY

And of course, no German astronaut would leave home without an iron. Cf. time index at 01:37.
