Hands down it has to be "I found a bullet...but not the kind we need" I believe it was Angel talking to Riley? I forget but it was when they were raiding Ma and Pa's convenience store

I have to give KC props for that, cause it made me laugh out loud. Took me a second or two to figure what he meant, but I'm glad I caught it.

It was a very dramatic moment at the close of 4-3 Rules and Regulations, when Michael kicks Kelly out into the rain, then saves her from a runner. She rushes back into the safety of the tower.

You have a slight typo, those lines happen in Chapter 13, not 12, still awesome lines. Chapter 13 had some great Burt moments, I especially like in 13-1 when we see him vulnerable, "SHUT YOUR FACE SIR! THAT'S AN ORDER!"
"I just need enough to get me there and then I won't need any of you ANY MORE! NO MORE!"

Him and Angel in that scene are amazing, especially since Angel calls him out, "You hide behind your gun and once that's out, you have nothing!" and of course "just wait to see what happens next time you lock yourself in a BATHROOM!"
