Outbreak: Undead - Reviews Please?

My friend and I have mapped out our characters and are reading through the rules to make sure we understand everything. We hope to start playing soon! Anyone on here played it before? Anything you liked about it/didn't like?
Please speak easy, I'm not a gamer and I've never played an RPG like D&D before.

I thought it used d100? That's quite a bit different from D&D/Pathfinder d20. I really want to check it out but its blocked at work and i keep forgetting to do it at home... :/

That's something I know for certain. Yeah, it uses d100. I just compared it to D&D because I don't know any other pen and paper RPGs. Sorry! :o
