Found this article where some neurologists discuss what could be going on upstairs for the Zed's.
Or... it could be fodder for Tanya's eventual dissertation on whats up with them and some science for Kc to use lol.
They address several zombie activities and what could cause them to do that act, like no pain or eating flesh or walking like a drunkard.
