Sign up for a free $25 trial. You get to lend $25 and have no need to get any further involved. You can help somebody for free, so follow the link and do it if you'd be so kind. Much appreciated, thank you.

I've been using Kiva for quite a while and it's a very worthwhile thing to do, it's not charity as such, as you get your money back and can then lend it again to somebody else. In this instance you don't even use your own money, you are given $25 to start you off and don't then have to do anything else unless you choose to.

Hopefully this post is no inappropriate, if it is please let me know.

Thanks.

Kiva is an awesome way to help businesses and people on a small manageable scale. Lots of good causes to be had out there, and hell...you get your money back.

We received some Kiva money as gift certicates (that's how we found out about it), and ever since we keep lending and lending. Great idea someone had. Good idea to give someone as a gift too.

I don't get how it works I sent my 25$ free loan. But does the person have to repay the money or something?

How it works --
You choose who you'd like to loan money to. The borrower will eventually pay you back. Once the loan has been repaid, then you can choose someone else to loan money to.
