A Piece of music that occurred to me when I was sitting in my car and it began raining, which I recorded, and used as the basis of this track. I had this image of being in a car, in the rain, in the 'We're Alive' universe, with all hell breaking loose within earshot, but not within sight.

Interesting piece. It could use some strings and some horns to help add a bit of tension. I'm not hearing the 'rain' and I've got my shit cranked right now, but it's still a decent listen. Will probably end up in my reading playlist--which is mostly instrumental. Keep it up, man/woman (I forget this shit pretty easily), and I look forward to hearing more!

The rain is louder at the beginning, it's hitting the roof of my car, at first it's the only sound. It's a sort of atmospheric rather than soundtrack I guess but I'll try some pads maybe, fill it out a fit more. I appreciate you taking the time to comment, thanks.

I've listened to it a few times now. I quite like it.

It definitely left me feeling alone. I envisioned myself in the car and I would have put my seat down to keep out of sight. My body would realize that I was hiding and then I'd have to pee. Always when I find a good hiding spot or get comfortable I have to be reminded that I have a bladder.

Kidding aside, I felt the effects. Thanks.

Thanks. Cubase SE3, because I understand it! It's quite old but I stick with it as I know my way around it and it still fulfils my needs. I have Ableton 8 but I can't seem to get on with it.

They are both sequencers essentially.
