1) Perfect Palindrome. KC loves word play. Convert the H to h and it is more "perfect"
2) Hannah is a woman in the Bible.
3) I have also seen hannah used in the place of something like "God's Grace"

Yeah, I'm noticing a lot of religious influence in the character's names: Angel...Michael Cross, Hope.
Biblical names: Stephen, Hannah, Paul, Saul.
