Character Photos

I was wondering what the cost was to have your visual artwork created? I ask because I really would love the wiki to include photos for each of the characters. I've got this sort of loose mental image of what Kelly looks like and can't quite put an exact face to her voice. It would be pretty rad if each character had a picture up. But again I don't know if this is expensive and I wouldn't want the shows production costs to suffer in any way.
