There are a bunch of questions floating out there. Is Lizzy pregnant and the baby is the second hostage? Do Angel and Scratch have a past together? Who's the mole in the tower?
OK bear with me. What if Angel and Scratch have met in the past. Scratch somehow captures a, as of yet unrevealed, person close to Angel and that is the second hostage. Scratch is using this person as a bargaining chip to force Angel into being her mole in the tower.
