There is the whole black bar through the faces thing and the horizontal scroll bar on the cb. I've never had these before and now I do. I don't know why. And since I spend most of nights on the forums, it's kinda pissing me off. My dad's computer does the same thing, but I never really cared since I rarely use it. Are some settings on my computer changed or do I need to do something on the site to fix it? Because again, this issue just popped up.
