How do i use the Table tags?

i want to know how to use the table tags for a discussion in the posta apocalyptic musicians union. but ideally i wouldn't like to have to go through endless editing to get it right. can anybody help?

"|-" defines the start and end of a table row.
"!" defines the start of a table cell.

so:
