Ok, here is a crazy idea. When Saul comes back on the motor scooter from spying on the Mallers, he said it was a piece of crap. He hoped some zombie ganster would steal it. Scene Break. Then, Sauls says imagine some zombie riding it around trying to pick up chicks and she says she is not getting on that thing unless there is another helmet, but the first zombie tells here it does not matter because you are already dead.

Michael does not laugh at the joke. In fact, he sternly tells Saul he is not Funny.

Does Michael have a motorcycle accident in his past? Is this what happened to Randy (Randi)? Being in the hospital in a semiconscious state reminds him of the last time he was in a hospital.

Yea, it is a stretch, but we had a two week break this time...

I really like this idea Arthur, and it would be fun for this to unfold so we could go back to the previous episode and say, "Oooh, yeeah!". I think about little subtleties in the story like this often. For example, when Kelly is putting Tommy down for being a dumb kid, it strikes a nerve with Michael. I think a past memory was triggered with that one too. Good stuff -- Keep digging!

Nice one, maybe randi was a kid who was killed in a motorcycle accident with michael at the wheel? so he feels guilty...

Also, In chapter 2 when he had his break down, it wasnt triggered by killing Angels girlfriend, it was triggered by seeing Angel breakdown as-well and think about his loss. So maybe Michael didn't kill this person but could of stopped this person from being killed.
