Ya its always hard to find a good mix that you can listen to for 40 minutes straight. I have 3 playlists that I tinker with all the time and rotate through them to keep it fresh.

My evening run slowly being supplanted by afternoons of my sons running me ragged at the park. But when I do get the chance for a bit of double time, I've got a few mixes that I rotate. A bit of world music, some Alan Lomax blues recordings, and Marine Corps running cadence that I converted from cassette tapes.
