We're Alive is looking for literary agents and publishers! We've been working on this task for a while but decided to open up the task to fans of the show. If you're looking for a way to support the show, but can't afford a donation or shirt, but have some time you could give, this could be an area to help.
We are looking for TWO things:

Contact info for agents or publishers. We don't want to inundate anyone, so don't submit for us (unless you know them personally)
Pitch proposals. We're working on this too, but if you have some special knack for writing and want to give it a go, please do! You can post it here. The difficulty in this project is finding a publisher who would take in an audio drama to publish it. Most literary agents accept only portions of writing, so it might take some creative word choices.
Which segment we choose? If we submit to an agent, is there a particular section you think best represents the show?

This is a tip sent to me:

Limit your letter to three paragraphs. The first should identify title, genre, and market, and give a concise pitch. Position your project against what's been published in the same vein. This means explaining what sets your work apart and why it is distinct in terms of plot, character, or audience. This does not mean declaring your project the "next" Harry Potter. The second paragraph might explain major plot movements or character arcs. Only the third should focus on your credentials. Mostly discuss the project, not yourself. Why? Why get a publisher? Well, it would make things easier getting out publications of WA, possible expansion of the show, and the possibility of making this our full time gig. You want WA Season 1 remastered and Season 2 remastered to be available via digital download? All the places who accept submissions in this category require representation. I don't blame them, but we're good enough to fight with the big boys, so why not us?

What can you get out of it? If your pitch, suggestion, or even segment of WA is used in some way, we'll give you a link to digitally download the remastered version of Chapter 1, complete and DRM free. If you submit something that leads to us getting published I'll gladly give each person involved, (max 3), a signed copy of the Season 1 Disc set.
