You could just make a "no annoying gif rule" because there are other ways such individuals could annoy people that are far more serious than a GIF?

No gifs helps to keep a clean forum, and it's impossible to moderate what is annoying and what isn't. so, it's jsut easier to not support gifs.

Most likely not. Sorry. Imagine if someone who posted as much as me or you had a signature that had a gif of any variety.
